Secret #8: Don't eat after 8 pm. It's hard, but it's so worth it.  Just plan your meals ahead of time and try to eat supper at a reasonable time.  Obviously this can get tedious, so if it's past 8, and you've been running on carrot sticks all day, eat something.  But as a general rule the earlier you close the kitchen, the less likely you'll be tempted by the dreaded late hour snacking.  It's a terrible feeling to ruin a whole day of being good with one whole carton of Oreos at 12:37 because of the munchies.  If you feel like you just HaVe to have a late night snack, opt for a small bowl of cereal, peanut butter apple, chocolate sugar free pudding.  Just put down that roll of cookie dough!
